if they are the best one loss teams, why are they not the highest ranked one loss teams?

The standings change week to week and will be adjusted at the end of the season if needs be. Oklahoma State is a one-loss team but lost this week, that's why they are the last one-loss team. All other one loss teams won. Georgia is ahead of Oklahoma by way of beating a ranked team, Oklahoma did not beat a ranked team. This is why it is in the best interest for teams to not have a pansy schedule, and to hope that their respective conferences do not have a pansy season. Remember, there is always a rationale for everything...keep asking
